Amit's background in AI predates the current hype wave. His undergrad coursework covered multi-agent systems; he interned at iRobot; he worked on cognitive-agent research for a defense contractor; and his graduate research assistantship applied SVMs to voice-call routing.
After grad school he spent four years at Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in Test. Then he stepped out and founded his own agency, Sygmark, running marketing and outsourcing-training work for entrepreneurs with a real sales team behind it.
For close to a decade after that he ran a high-ticket outsourcing coaching practice — teaching business owners to find, vet, and manage offshore contractors, with hundreds of real placements behind it. That work got him a segment on MSNBC.
Today he's applying that same "find the leak, then fix it, hands-on" approach directly — now powered by AI diagnostics — to service businesses and restaurants, one client at a time. No agency layer, no account manager, no hand-off to a junior team. You work with the person who ran the practice.
