Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any paid engagement are confirmed directly with you before you're charged.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are as quoted to you at time of purchase. We do not store your card details.
Specific guarantee terms (where offered) are stated on the relevant page or in your engagement agreement and honored as written. Outside of a stated guarantee, refund requests are handled case-by-case — contact us directly.
We provide guidance, systems, and hands-on support. Results depend partly on factors outside our control — including decisions you make about pay, management, and implementation. Except where a specific guarantee is stated in writing, we don't promise a specific financial result.
